Not sure how to answer your question, but here some info:

First GD show 11/2/79
First GD show I taped 4/15/83
I have worked with every member of the GD except for Jerry.
I currently work for Steve Kimock as his recording engineer (for about 6 years now).

I'll gladly answer any questions you have.
